Below is Amarok's process for booking appointments and our shop policies. If you have any additional questions or concerns please feel free to call the shop at 701-566-5407. We are open Tue-Sat from 12-8
1. Fill Out Request Form
Fill out our tattoo request form.
New and returning clients should fill out a form for every new tattoo.
Once Amarok receives your tattoo request form we will contact you within 1-2 weeks to set up a consultation. If your idea does not require a consultation we will call you to set up an appointment. Note: If your idea does not suite any of our current artists we may email you with other shop recommendations.
Our consultations are done over the phone. They are short conversations for you and your artists to discuss the details of your idea and make sure you are on the same page. If you and your artist decide to move forward you will pick an appointment date during your consultation as well. Deposits are required for all appointments.
To be the most prepared for you appointment, make sure you eat and drink beforehand. Arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to allow time to complete required paperwork. We will need a state issued ID for this. You can not get tattooed without it!

Deposits are required for all appointments. They are used to insure your spot in our books. Deposits are $50 for 1 hour or below and $100 for appointments over an hour.
Deposit costs go towards the total cost of your tattoo.
Deposits are non-refundable but they are transferable. If you let us know within 48 hours of your appointment that you need to reschedule, your deposit will travel with your appointment. Notification under 48 hours of your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.
A no call/no show will result in the forfeit of you deposit
Amarok does not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental permission.
We offer 1 free touch-up with every tattoo received from Amarok (This excludes hand, foot, and head tattoos).
A no call/no show to a touch-up appointment results in the loss of the free touch up
Free touch-ups may be rescheduled a total of 2 times before your artist may ask for a nonrefundable deposit as appointment insurance
RIGHT TO REFUSE
Amarok Tattoo Studio holds the right to refuse service. Clients causing a disturbance, safety/health hazard, or harassment of other clients/artists will be asked to leave.
